"If you're here for a few days, you can buy a couple of chairs and an umbrella locally cheaper than they rent them!"

"The beaches are short (from the seafront to the shoreline), mostly free, but there's no shortage of beach clubs (they open around 10:00-10:30). If you want a spot, get there early, as they don't have many loungers and umbrellas. The average price is €20 for two loungers and an umbrella for the whole day. The water is generally clean and clear (though it doesn't have the wow factor), but it's very cold. The beach has coarse sand, while the water is gravel (pebbles). On hot days, a lot of dust can be kicked up when walking."
