"A coastal town where parking is practically impossible; almost the entire town is reserved for residents, with full parking and very little metered parking. We found a dirt area far from the beach where we could park, obviously for a fee, and on top of that, they force you to pay for 5 hours even if you only want to stay 30 minutes to visit the town. There are much nicer places with better parking conditions... I'm convinced there are more spaces reserved for residents than there are residents... and don't expect to see Carlos. Don't waste your time trying to park..."
