English beach

"Playa del Inglés is overhyped. It's beautiful, especially when you first arrive, as there's hardly anyone there and you can enjoy the scenery in peace and quiet. The sand is wide and the surroundings are perfect for strolling and relaxing, so my first impression was very positive. However, that feeling didn't last long. In just ten minutes, the beach was completely packed. Despite its enormous size, there were so many people that it was almost impossible to walk comfortably or enjoy the space as I had hoped. I was surprised that such a large beach could become so crowded in such a short time. Furthermore, during my visit, there was quite a bit of seaweed, which also detracted somewhat from its charm. In short, I thought it was a very beautiful beach, but personally, I think it's overhyped for the experience it offers when it's so crowded."

"Lovely beach definitely worth a visit if in the area. The waves were perfect to play in with my two children (aged 7 & 4) plenty of car parking in the paid parking (reasonable prices) behind the shops/beachfront."
