"Since I didn't know what to expect, here's my retrospective assessment: Will you make it down to the beach? You're an adult, reasonably fit, and somewhat adventurous: yes Do you have walking difficulties? No, don't do it. It's not worth it. Do you have children? Getting down will be difficult. Alone/with others? Doesn't matter; I went down alone. Climbing requirements? Well, you should have good footing. I didn't notice the "cliff" that was mentioned. What to expect: The beach is partly sandy, partly rocky, with windbreaks. The water level is low in the morning, but rises around midday. In my case, there were camps set up there. I don't know if these people were actually sleeping there, but I didn't see them. However, small souvenir stands were set up, which was a bit creepy at first, but quite cute on closer inspection. ... Limitations: Swimming is rather difficult depending on the waves, there are many rocks in the water, dangerous cliffs, and then there are the countless Canary Island giant lizards that are incredibly curious and even a little scared me. Watch out for food! Caution: they are a protected species. !! Nudist beach !! Would I go again?: probably not"
May 27, 2026"A very beautiful, somewhat difficult-to-access cove with some sand and small rocks that isn't very crowded. The path to it is a bit exposed; some climbing experience would be helpful. It's officially a nudist area, but not everyone here practices nudism. As of April 2026, there is significantly less sand in the cove than in older photos."
