Nassau Beach Club

"Came to the beach club and rented out a cabana, unfortunately was never served besides the complimentary water they bring out. We asked the server servicing our row to order and he stated he would find our waiter. 30 minutes passed and asked another server servicing the row in front of us and he said to give him a moment, another 45 minutes passed and we still hadn’t been serviced and tables around us had been helped, ordered, and served along with a performance show by the waiters. We asked the front desk and manager came to ask us if we needed anything, we stated we wanted to order and he went to get a server which was the first person we asked. He came back and told us that we never called him and he was in our area rather than trying to service us and stated we never asked him for service or to order in a rude manner. Felt like in order to receive proper service you needed to be getting bottle services."

"Wir hatten uns aufgrund des guten Rufs und der schönen Lage sehr auf unseren Besuch im Nassau Beach Restaurant gefreut. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Unser Tisch war wenig attraktiv gelegen, obwohl das Restaurant zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs nicht besonders gut besucht war. Das Essen war insgesamt nur mittelmäßig und konnte geschmacklich wie qualitativ nicht überzeugen. Auch der Service war freundlich, ließ aber die Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit vermissen, die man in dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Zudem wirkt die gesamte Einrichtung inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr dem Niveau, das man von einem modernen Beach Club erwartet. Insgesamt hat uns der Besuch leider enttäuscht. Sehr schade, wir hatten uns deutlich mehr erhofft."

"Would not recommend this place. Food is great, no discussion. Service is not what I would expect from a supposedly “high end” beach club which I would personally compare to Nikki Beach. In our experience (2 people) our waiter was pushing for consumptions in an uncomfortable way (ie pushing us to by 3 bottle of Champaign because it was a much better deal for us - dude we were two people…). Anyway, when asking to pay the 700 euros bill, our waiter complained because our tip was below the so called minimum of 10%. Honestly: don’t go there"
