Nikki Beach Ibiza

"Today we went to Nikki Beach with the intention of spending the day at the beach club. At the reception we were offered two options: one for €350 and another for €480. As we don't speak Spanish, it was very difficult to understand the explanation. We later used a translator and understood that the €480 option included a bottle of champagne and €300 credit for food and drinks. However, when we asked again, we were told that the credit for food and drinks was not included and that we had to pay separately. The information was very confusing and contradictory. Due to this miscommunication we decided not to stay. A place of this level should offer clear and precise information to all its customers, especially international tourists. Very disappointed with the attention received. We were currently at Nikki Beach and wanted to spend our time there at the Beach Club. The lady at the reception has told us two praises. One in high from 350 Euro and one in high from 480 Euro. I didn't quite understand because I couldn't speak Spanish. For 350 Euro he said no, for 480 Euro yes. I had to translate it to ChatGPT and it stands 480 Euro, the drink should be a Champagne drink and 300 Euro on guthaben for essence and drinks. But they haven't told us where we got it, whether the 300 Euro Guthaben is there. That cost extra. So I would like to leave a bad review. Please translate me all into Spanish so that everyone can see that too."
