Playa de los Pocillos

"Los Pocillos is a fantastic destination if you’re looking for a more peaceful and relaxing holiday. The beach is quiet, expansive and clean, with plenty of space to unwind without feeling overcrowded. The surrounding area is also clean and tidy, and the people we met were very friendly and welcoming. There is a small selection of shops, pubs and places to eat, providing everything you need without the hustle and bustle of a busy resort. If you want more choice, Puerto del Carmen is around a 30-minute walk away, and the area is also well served by buses to both Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. Overall, Los Pocillos is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a holiday at a slower pace, with a beautiful beach, a relaxed atmosphere and easy access to nearby resorts and attractions."

"A very spacious and comfortable beach, perfect for a leisurely stroll. It has areas with sun loungers and umbrellas grouped together. It looks murkier than some other beaches, but the water is actually very clear and you can see the bottom perfectly. It's more exposed to the wind, but we were lucky and had a very calm day. Be careful with the sand because I think it was the hottest beach we've ever been to."
